Through his solid reputation for problem solving, innovative solutions and producing well built frames and trusses he has carved out a successful and reputable business. With 21 years in the construction industry and NZQA in Carpentry, Brad is our Senior Detailer and manages the pre-fabrication plant. Brad started at Precut Construction straight from high school. After a few years he left and spent 12 years gaining invaluable experience as a builder around the South Island. On his return to Precut, he was soon promoted into the office as a detailer and then progressing into the management of the plant. Having worked his way up from the plant floor to management, coupled with his building experience Brad has a well rounded understanding of conceptual plans to the practical application.

Most eager employee to arrive at work each morning, and loves the occasional Saturday. Enforces breaks at set times. Relentless barking ensures tools must be down in order for the ball to be thrown. Enjoys site visits with the boss. Sound networking has secured a free chicken tender at the local dairy each day.

Sam joined our team in 2022 as a Junior Estimator/Detailer. After having spent a couple of years as a frame and truss fabricator, Sam made the decision to further himself in the construction industry. Currently studying Quantity Surveying at ARA. Sam is ambitious and eager to learn all facets of the industry.
